One major rule, no sliding at all. We all want to go to work the next day. Have fun, there are no scouts present to offer you a spot on a professional/national team. Be flexible, we want everyone to play and have fun. To do that, sometimes we have to make adjustments to times, teams, or the game format. You will not always be able to play with your friends!! We play on 9v9 fields with between 7 and 10 players per team.
