Coached Adult Soccer Practices that end in a full scrimmage. First hour includes a warm-up, stretching, and drills meant to improve your skills and understanding of the game. The last 45 minutes we scrimmage. This is the time to have fun and test out the skills you learned in practice. Scrimmage is played using full size goals unless our goalies are missing. All levels welcome!
