Chest/Arms/Abs - 45 min

Press – Flat bench press (dumbells or bar if Smith machine is available) - 3 sets of 10 (increase weight incrementally for three sets. Then a Fourth super set of lighter weights 20 reps

Press – Incline bench press (dumbells or bar if Smith machine is available) - 3 sets of 10 (increase weight incrementally for three sets. Then a Fourth super set of lighter weights 20 reps

Bicep curls - 3 sets of 10 (increase weight incrementally for three sets. Then a Fourth super set of lighter weights 20 reps

Tricep press - 3 sets of 10 (increase weight incrementally for three sets. Then a Fourth super set of lighter weights 20 reps.

**Alternate tricep option: dips - 3 sets of 15.

Ab ripper – 3 sets of 10 (with med ball if available)…or similar

Russian twist with medicine ball

Mountain climbers with medicine ball

Straight leg L sit up with medicine ball
